Herriman had about 1,500 residents in 2000 and more than 63,000 by 2025, so nearly all of its housing is 2000s-2020s construction. Rosecrest and Rose Creek Estates were among the first large developments starting in the late 1990s, Anthem and the Towne Center area followed with a mix of single-family homes and townhomes, and the 933-acre Olympia community on the west side is now under development. 15 minutesUsually a little. Builder-grade flat paint is porous and should be sealed with a wallcovering primer so the paste bonds to the wall rather than pulling the paint off later. If the walls have light hand texture we may recommend a quick skim coat depending on how thin or reflective your chosen paper is.
Utah's dry climate is generally friendly to wallpaper because there is little humidity to loosen adhesive or promote mildew. The one thing to watch is winter dryness, which can shrink paper slightly as it cures, so we book seams tight and let paste cure properly. A humidifier run at normal household levels is fine.
