What makes a good photo

Stand back far enough to get the whole wall, floor to ceiling, in one frame.
Daylight if you can; turn off yellow lamps.
One close-up of the wall surface from a foot away, so we can see the texture.
If there's old wallpaper, a close-up of a seam and any lifted corner.
Width and height in feet and inches — a tape measure photo is fine.

Photo quote questions

Is the photo quote a firm price?

It's a written ballpark that becomes firm at the measure. If the photos were clear and the wall is what it looked like, the number doesn't move. If we find something the photos didn't show — a hidden layer of old paper, damage behind furniture — we tell you before we start.

Is the mockup free?

Yes, with a quote. It's a visualization to help you choose, not a design service; if you want a real shortlist and samples, that's the Design Session.

How accurate is the mockup?

Good enough to decide between patterns and scales. It won't show texture or exact color — order a sample for that, and we'll tell you where to get one.

What if I don't know the wall's dimensions?

Send the photos anyway and your best guess. We can estimate from a photo with a door in it and confirm at the measure.
