Twin sisters Jennifer Matthews and Julia Biancella Au launched Tempaper in Brick, NJ in 2008 as one of the first self-adhesive, removable wallpapers, and it remains the best-known peel-and-stick brand in the US, sold direct and through Target, Home Depot, Wayfair and Walmart. The house style is accessible designer prints (florals, palms, geometrics, faux grasscloth and faux sisal textures) plus TV-designer collaborations; since its 15th-anniversary rebrand to Tempaper & Co. it has added authentic grasscloth, murals, custom printing and a small traditional unpasted non-woven line.
How you buy it. Tempaper & Co. sells direct from its own website and through retailers, so you can order the rolls yourself and hand them to us, or send us the pattern link and we will confirm the roll count before you buy.
What it costs to buy. $60-$65 per single roll (20.5 in x 16.5 ft, 28 sq ft) or $120-$130 per double roll (20.5 in x 33 ft, 56 sq ft); textured specialty designs to $150 per roll; unpasted non-woven line from $69.99 per roll; samples $8.
