15 minutesYes. At nearly 7,000 feet the air is very dry, especially in winter with heating running, so adhesive can flash off quickly and paper can shrink at the seams if it is not acclimated. We let rolls sit in the room for 24 hours, use adhesives suited to low humidity, and may run a humidifier during and after installation so seams stay tight.
We do this often for owners and property managers. We can coordinate access with your caretaker or management company, send photos at each stage, and time the work between guest stays. Just make sure heat is on and the home is at normal indoor temperature before we start.
